Culinary Team Member
Keep Deli cases stocked and clean during business hours. Assist customers with friendly and energetic demeanor. Adhere to all procedure guidelines of the Culinary Department.
Areas of Responsibility
Stocks Deli, include presentation of product, filling, facing, and organization of all product items as set by the Culinary Department Schematics, Examine and rotate products for expiration dates or spoilage. Prepare various culinary Department items with appropriate ingredient and proper technique.
Assist customers with purchases, information, requires selling and cross selling.
Monitor signage, recipe cards product coupons, promotional material and complimentary foods.
Ensure department organized, sanitary and be familiar with Health Department Guidelines
