Cafe/Cashier Barista Team Member
Ensure Customer have an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service and being attentive to Customer needs.
Areas of Responsibility
Greet Customers in a friendly and Timely manner. Accurately take Customer food and drink orders. Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer questions, Adhere to company sanitation procedures, keep station clean. Ensure all financial transactions are accurate. Bus and reset tables. Assist with party set up/break down and assist other team Members as needed. Maintain favorable working relations with all other company Team members. Proper dress code.
Education / Experience Requirements
HS Diploma or GED preferred. Previous restaurant server experience preferred. Must be able to read and communicate in English. Have effective listening skills to hear Customer's orders and needs, then communicate with customers verbally and with other Team members. Must have ability to operate small kitchen appliances, make change, accurately conduct credit card transactions, and account for all monies at end of shift.
