Store Manager

Looking for an outgoing, professional Manager who is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day supervision of the store. You will work in conjunction with the field leadership in managing all aspects of the store including generating sales and profit while controlling expenses and inventory, personnel acquisition and development, maintaining visual standards and building the böhme brand. 

Areas of Responsibility

· Maintain full staff for all job positions within the store by hiring and promoting with succession planning  

· Recruit, recommend and interview potential employee candidates for all store positions 

· Recognize performance issues and possible violations of company policies and procedures and take appropriate disciplinary action when necessary 

· Developing staff work schedules; which may include scheduling meal and break periods, overtime, schedule reductions and resolving any scheduling issues that may arise 

· Train, supervise, develop and motivate sales staff to achieve store sales goals along with your own with individual sales goals 

· Participate in weekly management meetings  

· Promote and motivate staff during company sales contests 

· Ensure proper merchandise presentation is maintained at all times as directed by field leadership and merchandising team 

· Achieve pre-determined payroll budgets 

· Resolve customer service concerns in a professional manner 

· Supervise and maintain cash handling and bank procedures and manage proper and timely accounting of all cash flow 

· Keep up to date and train on all POS usage and related technology used in store 

· Secure böhme assets/property and maintain loss prevention and operational standards 

· Maintain authority for all aspects of the store and delegate responsibilities necessary 

· Establish good working relationships with customers, mall representatives and other stores personal 

· Keep cash wrap and backroom clean and organized 

· Perform other duties as assigned 

Education / Experience Requirements

· Minimum high school education or equivalent 

· At least two years of retail management experience or equivalent education 

· Ability to count and perform retail mathematical equations 

· Excellent organization, verbal and written skills Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
