Mustard Seed Dining Domes at Southgate Mall

Southgate Mall and Mustard Seed are announcing the opening of Seed Pods at Southgate Mall, an all-new way to dine with your inner circle (your “pod”). Seed Pods feature five partially-enclosed, heated domes where families and friends can safely gather for outdoor dining.

Seed Pods are located in front of Mustard Seed and are available by reservation starting Monday, March 1. Each heated Seed Pod can seat a private party of two to six guests and is styled with comfortable seating, chic décor and cozy lighting, perfect for great conversation and fresh-made cuisine.

“We are thrilled to partner with Mustard Seed, a legendary local favorite, to bring this innovative dining environment to our guests,” said Tim Winger, General Manager at Southgate Mall. “This is a truly unique and memorable way to enjoy a delicious meal and handcrafted cocktails in the privacy of your very own ‘bubble’. And each Seed Pod is sanitized thoroughly in between every group, so diners can enjoy their meal in a clean and safe way.”

Mustard Seed is a local Asian fusion restaurant that serves well-crafted, fresh Pan-Asian dishes complete with lean meats, light sauces, and fresh vegetables. They continually strive to bring imaginative and tasty new dishes to their expansive menu. Crowd favorites like Shrimp Osaka and Maui Chicken pair deliciously with local beers on tap or signature cocktails. Mustard Seed will offer their full food and drink menu, both lunch and dinner, to guests dining inside the Seed Pods.

“Our new Seed Pods dining option is perfect for guests who are more comfortable dining outdoors or who want a more private feel,” said Tim Leegan, Manager at Mustard Seed. “Our team is immensely excited to bring this unique Montana oasis to life.”

Seed Pods will remain open until spring 2021. Guests can secure reservations by calling Mustard Seed at 406-542-7333. There is a $20 usage fee to reserve a pod.

Southgate Mall remains focused on providing a safe and enjoyable experience for the community, as evident in its Code of Conduct and rigorous cleaning practices.
